‘Help TG in developing system compatible with AI’

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu appealed to Microsoft Corporation President Satya Nadella requesting Microsoft help to develop a system compatible with technological requirements like AI, Gen AI and cloud, which the TG government is focusing on to make Hyderabad a leading city in IT.
The CM said that Microsoft is one of the earliest technology companies in Hyderabad and now has a staff strength of 10,000. It has also invested in a data centre with a capacity of 600 MW.
The Chief Minister thanked Nadella for regular investments and the expansion of Microsoft’s presence in the state.
The Chief Minister accompanied by IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu, the Minister for Irrigation and Civil Supplies,
Uttam Kumar Reddy, Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari, the Special Chief Secretary of IT and Industries, Jayesh Ranjan, and the CM’s Special Secretary, Ajith Reddy, called on Microsoft Corporation President, Satya Nadella, in Hyderabad at Satya Nadella’s residence here on Monday.
The Chief Minister also explained his plans for infrastructure projects in the state like the Regional Ring Road, radial roads, Future City, new manufacturing clusters, and how the government is proposing to create a vast pool of industry-ready talent through institutions like the Young India Skills University.
Satya Nadella praised Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s vision in skill development and improving infrastructure to meet future needs.

He said that skill development and better infrastructure can contribute to economic development and place Hyderabad in the list of top 50 global cities. He also reiterated Microsoft’s commitment to partner with the state government in all its initiatives.
