Pawan Kalyan starrer Hari Hara Veera Mallu is in the news again. The makers had officially announced that the film would hit the screens on June 12. But now, according to a source, the film is going to be postponed once again.

It has already been postponed several times, and everyone thought that the film would finally release on June 12. “The technical work is still pending, that’s one reason. The other reason is that producer A.M. Rathnam has some financial problems from his earlier films, so he has to clear all those issues,” said a source.

The makers officially cancelled the pre-release event that was supposed to be held in Tirupati on June 8. With this, it’s clear that the film will not release on June 12 and the makers are now searching for another date. They have also stopped all promotions, as they know the release is going to be postponed.

The film actually started five years ago, but due to Pawan Kalyan’s political commitments—and later his taking charge as the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh—the film was delayed. A few weeks ago, Pawan Kalyan allotted dates and completed his part, but the makers expected to complete the technical work in time. That hasn’t happened, as there is still a lot of work left. So, they have no choice but to postpone the film, added the source.

When they announced the release date, Pawan Kalyan’s fans were elated. But now, with another delay, fans are frustrated and are asking producer A.M. Rathnam to announce a fixed release date that won’t be postponed again.

Director Krish Jagarlamudi initially helmed the project and shot most of the scenes, but due to delays, he left the film. Later, A.M. Rathnam’s son Jyothi Krishna took over as director and completed the film.
