PNS| SANGAREDDY
A student of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Hyderabad, went missing since July 17. The student, identified as Karthik (21) left the campus on July 17 but did not return. The authorities sent information to parents on July 19.
The parents approached Sangareddy rural police.
A team of police personnel, along with Karthik left for Visakhapatnam as the police traced the student’s mobile signal to Visakhapatnam.
It is not known why the student left the campus suddenly and failed to return. The IIT authorities made enquiries with Karthi’s friends but drew a blank.
