Former MP and Kapu Sankshema Sena president Ch Hari Ramajogaiah expressed his disappointment on Monday, stating that his advice seemed to have been misunderstood by Pawan Kalyan. He lamented that his counsel was misinterpreted, leading to him being labelled as ‘covert’ to the YSRCP.
In a letter addressed to Jana Sena chief K Pawan Kalyan, Ramajogiah clarified that although his name was not directly mentioned in the ‘Janda’ public meeting, he gathered from reports in certain media outlets that his advice hadn’t been well received.
Accusing the “Yellow media” of attempting to sow discord between himself and Pawan Kalyan, Ramajogaiah highlighted discrepancies in seat allocation by the TDP, claiming that only 24 seats out of 40 strongholds were granted to JSP.
Refuting claims of allegiance to the YSRCP, he pointed to his petition filed in the Telangana High Court advocating for the expeditious handling of corruption cases involving Jagan Mohan Reddy. Ramajogaiah cautioned that without the JSP alliance, the TDP’s electoral success would be greatly compromised, alleging that Chandrababu Naidu’s collaboration with JSP was a strategic move aimed at securing victory.
Expressing regret over the misinterpretation of his advice and the subsequent portrayal as a YSRCP sympathizer, Ramajogaiah urged Pawan Kalyan to discern between friends and foes.
Ramajogaiah reiterated his desire to see Pawan Kalyan ascend to the position of Chief Minister, pledging continued support in efforts to cleanse Andhra Pradesh of YSRCP influence.
