JSP finalises candidates for P Gannavaram, Polavaram

The Jana Sena Party (JSP) has finalised the candidates for the P Gannavaram and Polavaram Assembly constituencies and handed over relevant documents to them in this regard.
Jana Sena chief K Pawan Kalyan on Saturday announced Giddi Satyanarayana as the candidate for the P Gannavaram Assembly constituency while Chirri Balaraju for the Polavaram Assembly constituency and handed over the relevant documents to them.
Speaking on the occasion, Pawan Kalyan exhorted the P Gannavaram constituency leaders and cadres to strive hard to win the election.  He said that the YSRCP leaders resorted to violent acts during the local body elections and the opposition candidate could not file even nomination papers.
“The JSP leaders and activists should be united and work together. The same spirit, which you are showing now, should be demonstrated during the elections, he exhorted them. The JSP candidate must win in the P Gannavaram constituency,” Pawan Kalyan told them. JSP leaders K Nagababu, B Mahendra Reddy and national spokesperson Vemulapati Ajay Kumar were present.
Later, Pawan Kalyan handed over relevant documents to Polavaram candidate Chirri Balaraju.
Addressing the leaders and activists of the Polavaram constituency, Pawan Kalyan said that he had an understanding of the problems being faced by the people living in the Polavaram constituency.
He assured them of laying focus on resolving the problems if the alliance is voted to power.
He alleged that the YSRCP government had failed to provide rehabilitation and compensation to the Polavaram project evacuees.
