Launching a scathing attack against Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy stating that he is dividing people on caste basis, Jana sena chief K Pawan Kalyan predicted that JSP-TDP alliance coming to power is certain.
Addressing the party leaders and cadres during his district visit here on Thursday, Pawan Kalyan said that they need to make some sacrifices for the sake of alliance. The YSRCP can not prevent the JSP-JSP alliance, Pawan Kalyan hoped.
The JSP chief held Jagan Mohan Reddy responsible for the disintegration of the YSR family. Stating that the BC community leaders should be given authority in forming policies and taking decisions, instead of giving trivial posts, Pawan Kalyan lamented that false cases are being booked against the BCs.
“We are trying to bring unity among all castes but Jagan Mohan Reddy is trying to divide them on caste basis. Jagan Reddy’s policies and acts are making siblings as enemies,” he lashed out. YS Rajasekhar Reddy earned crores of rupees and gave the same to his son and daughter. But now Jagan Reddy refused to give his sister YS Sharmila due share in the inherited property, she lambasted.
The Shetti Balija, Gouda, Devangulu, Koppula Velama, Kalaaingulu, Nagaralu, Toorpu Kapu and Kapu community people constitute a huge chunk of the population. However there is no unity among them resulting in them lagging behind in politics, he lamented.
Stating that there is no unity among Shetti Balija and Kapus in Konaseema, Kapus and Khshatriyas in Bhimavaram and Kapus and Kammas in Krishna district, he said that he started social engineering 2016 to bring all community people to one platform.
“People remember those who try to unite the society. Potti Sriramulu is remembered by the people as he sacrificed his life for the state,” Pawan Kalyan observed. He said that leaders like Damodaram Sanjeevayya should emerge from the Dalit communities. “We need such an ideal politics where votes are not purchased with money”, he maintained.
Pawan Kalyan said that Jana Sena has become further strengthened after being defeated in the 2019 election. Earlier Pawan Kalyan convened a TDP-JSP leaders meeting in which TDP MLA Nimmala Ramanaidu and Lok Sabha constituency TDP in-charge Sitamahalakshi participated. Earlier, Pawan Kalyan met TTD former member Gokaraju Ramam in his residence.
