Pointing out that Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao wants to expand his BRS nationwide Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that KCR has been misusing public funds for that.
He said that Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao is dreaming of becoming the Prime Minister but KCR must realise that the Prime Minister’s post is not vacant.
Amit said that BJP activists will not rest till they bring down the KCR government. The countdown for the KCR Government has begun, he added.
“The countdown for the BRS which has been running a corrupt government in Telangana since the last nine years has begun,” Amit said.
He said the entire world is watching the public outrage against the BRS and KCR. The BJP will form a government in Telangana and the corrupt will be jailed, he declared.
“The Telangana people know about KCR and his family’s mega corruption. They renamed the TRS as BRS to deflect public attention,” Amit said.
He said that policing and administration in Telangana have been completely politicised and that welfare schemes launched by Prime Minister Modi are not percolating down.
Addressing the Vijaya Sankalpa Sabha held in Chevella on Sunday, Amit made it clear that Modi will become the Prime Minister after the next elections. He ridiculed KCR saying that he should try to protect his own post.
He said that KCR will not succeed in distancing Modi from the people and that the BRS has been trying to join hands with the Congress.
Amit said the BJP will come to power in Telangana and that KCR cannot prevent that. The people are with the BJP. This public meeting is enough to indicate that the BJP will win the next elections, he said.
“The TSPSC’s question papers were leaked. KCR did not speak a single word on that. He has been pushing unemployed youth into darkness. The KCR government kept Sanjay in jail for questioning the TSPSC leak. BJP leaders and cadres are not afraid to go to jail. Sanjay got bail in 24 hours,” Amit said.
“He thinks that BJP workers will get frightened if jailed. KCR, listen, our workers are not afraid of you. We will not stop until you are removed,” Amit said.
He asked the KCR government to order a probe by a sitting judge into the TSPSC leakage scam.
Amit lashed out at KCR saying that he threw 35 lakh unemployed youth on to the roads. He asked the audience whether after the TSPSC leak the BRS government is fit to continue in power.
He said that the KCR government tried to prevent Eatala Rajender from entering the Assembly.
Pointing out that the Centre allocated huge funds for Telangana, Amit said the Centre spent Rs 1,000 billion to construct highways in Telangana. He asked the audience whether the billions allocated by the Centre are reaching the people of Telangana or not.
He said the Centre gave Rs 60,000 crore to Telangana through NABARD. The Centre allotted funds for the Ramagundam project, the modernisation of the Secunderabad Railway Station and expand the Hyderabad MMTS, he added.
