Ahead of the BRS formation meeting on January 18 in Khammam, leaders will be arriving in Hyderabad on Tuesday.Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao will present the party’s plan at the public meeting, which will focus on farmers.
The Chief Ministers of Kerala, Delhi and Punjab, Pinarayi Vijayan, Arvind Kejriwal and Bhagwant Singh Mann respectively, former UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, CPI General Secretary D. Raja and others would arrive in Hyderabad on January 17.
The task of managing protocol, including welcoming the leaders in Hyderabad has been delegated to senior BRS leaders.The Kerala CM will be welcomed by Minister V. Prashanth Reddy, Kejriwal and Mann by Md. Mahamood Ali, Akhilesh Yadav by Talasani Srinivas Yadav and Raja by Dasoju Sravan.
They would all meet at Pragathi Bhavan, go to Yadadri, and then board two helicopters to Khammam.Before going to the location of the public meeting, they would also take part in the opening of the second phase of the ‘Kanti Velugu’ initiative at the Khammam Collectorate.The public meeting would be held on a 100-acre site and another 448 acres has been arranged as parking space.
