Nandamuri Lakshmi Parvathi, Chairperson of the AP Telugu Academy, has voiced her disappointment regarding her exclusion from the commemorative release of the Rs 100 coin in honor of NTR. In recent days, she penned letters to the President, Prime Minister, and Finance Minister to convey her resentment over not receiving an invitation to the event at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
In light of these events, Lakshmi Parvathi held a press conference at the Telugu Academy office in Mangalagiri on Monday, expressing her displeasure and frustration, particularly towards NTR’s daughter and BJP State president, Daggubati Purandeswari. She asserted that her future battles would be waged against Purandeswari and questioned the harm she had caused them.
Lakshmi Parvathi acknowledged NTR’s sons as innocent parties, but she accused Purandeswari and Bhuvneswari, NTR’s daughters, of being particularly unscrupulous.
She claimed that Purandeswari was now conspiring with Chandrababu Naidu, and she vowed to tour all the constituencies where Purandeswari campaigns, educating the public about what happened to NTR during his lifetime.
She lamented the years of insult she had endured from them despite being NTR’s legal wife. She questioned whether Purandeshwari had provided any assistance when NTR was ill and in need.
