Lok Sabha elections likely in April first week: Kishan

Must read

The Lok Sabha elections are likely to be held in the first week of April, Telangana BJP President G. Kishan Reddy said.
Stating that voting for the BRS in the LS polls is nothing but dropping the voting right in the Musi River, the Union Minister said that the victory or defeat of BRS MPs will not affect the outcome of the next Lok Sabha elections. Kishan said that he was confident that Modi will become the Prime Minister a third time and that the BJP will win more than 350 Lok Sabha seats this time.
Addressing a gathering on Sunday at the BJP state office here on the occasion of leaders from other political parties joining the BJP, he said that the Congress gave many assurances but they have no route map on how to implement them. He said that the BJP government had constructed four crore houses and scrapped around 1,500 laws which were not useful. He said that the BRS government had failed to construct even a single house in the state.
Kishan said that there is a need to ensure more LS seats for the BJP in Telangana. Former Chief Minister KCR made the state debt-riddled and so people rejected the party in the recent assembly elections, he added.
