The nine-day Brahmotsavam celebrations of Lord Veerabhadraswamy of Kothakonda will begin on Wednesday.
The celebrations commence on Jan 10 with Kalyanotsavam of the deity and conclude on Jan 18 with the procession to be taken out in the village.
The venue of the celebrations have been colourfully bedecked for Brahmotsavam. Devotees will throng the temple here not only from Telangana state but also those from other states.
Temple executive officer Kishan Rao said that all amenities are being provided for the benefit of the devotees. Further, the TSRTC is running special buses for the fair. Not only from Warangal-1 RTC depot, buses will be plied to Kothakonda from Huzurabad and Husnabad depots.
During the celebrations, Bhogi festival will be celebrated on Jan 14, Nagavelli and Pushpayagam on Jan 16, Trisula Snanam on Jan 17.
