Minister for Animal husbandry and Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Minister Dr Sidiri Appalaraju has said that Chandrababu Naidu is getting mad after seeing the welfare schemes implemented by CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in the State. The minister, on Wednesday, inaugurated the newly-constructed Area Veterinary Hospital and Dr YSR Sanchara Pasu Arogya Seva ambulance at Nidubrolu in Ponnur Town of Guntur district, at a cost of Rs 86.50 lakh.
Addressing the gathering, the minister said that all the dairies under cooperative societies were diverted in a planned way to the followers of TDP chief Chandrababu during their regime. “Sangam Dairy is government property, not TDP leader Dulipali Narendra’s,” said Dr Appalaraju, and added that the government would hand over Sangam Dairy for sure.
The minister said that seeing the overwhelming response of the people to CM Jagan Mohan Reddy’s initiatives, the Opposition leader was growing mad and by the time of elections Chandrababu would be mad to the core. He criticised that the evil deeds done by Chandrabau in the past were reflected as ‘Idemi Karma Ra Babu’ during the road shows.
The Animal Husbandry Minister said that after the start of Jagan Anna Pala Velluva scheme, many changes had taken place. In many areas, the farmers were doing agriculture because of the assurance from the government, and if the farmers wanted additional income besides agriculture, dairy farming was essential.
He recalled that corruption was rampant in the dairy industry during the previous TDP government’s rule. At that time, Gopala Mitra was the only way for treatment for cattle, but Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has appointed one assistant for 1,000 cattle after this government came to power. He said that 1,000 Rythu Bharosa Kendras had been established in our State and even the Prime Minister was surprised to see the services provided to the villages through Rythu Bharosa Kendras.
Jagan Mohan Reddy has taken the initiative to introduce ambulance service for cattle as well. All the facilities required for the treatment of cattle had been arranged in the ambulance. He said that the government would take steps to arrange two ambulances for each constituency. The minister further said that the credit of introducing Tele Veterinary Services in the country went to Jagan.
