Housing Minister Jogi Ramesh has lashed out at TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu for his comments on early polls. The Minister alleged that the Opposition leader has initiated a new drama to safeguard the dying TDP.

The Minister challenged Telugu Desam chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu to face a CBI probe without obtaining a stay order on his assets and alleged that Naidu and senior TDP leader Yanamala Ramakrishnudu earned huge assets illegally, misusing their power. The minister said that Jagan Mohan Reddy aims to complete the construction of houses and to conduct mass house warmings by March 2023.

Addressing media persons on Thursday, the Minister challenged Naidu and Lokesh to join the public debate on the progress of house construction and stated that he will come wherever they want and further will come to any district to show progress.

The minister challenged Naidu and Yanamala to prepare for a CBI investigation on their properties and to face the probe without getting a stay order. He said Naidu, Ramakrishnudu, and other TDP leaders have no guts to face probes and will take a stay in 10 minutes. The Minister said that in the name of Jagananna Colonies, houses are being built at a fast pace across the State.

Ramesh said that Naidu started a new drama by saying early elections to mislead people. He said that elections will come as per the schedule and there will be no early elections. He predicted that Chandrababu Naidu is also going to lose in Kuppam, and the war in the 2024 election will be one-sided in favour of YSR Congress.
