The Raj Bhavan issued on Monday a statement mentioning that no Bill is pending clearance in the Governor’s office.
“Among Bills, three Bills cleared, two Bills referred to Hon’ble President’s office. The rest of the Bills have been returned to the Government with adequate explanation and message.”
It may be mentioned here that on Saturday, IT and Municipal Administration Minister KT Rama Rao said that the Governor was delaying the approval of the Bills sent by the state government.
The Bill that KTR was referring to, Telangana Universities Common Recruitment Board Bill of 2022, is one of the two Bills that the Governor has sent to the President for her assent.
The other such Bill is the University of Forestry Telangana Bill of 2022
