NTR is all excited about his Hindi debut film War 2. He is playing the antagonist in this high-octane action film, while Hrithik Roshan plays the lead role. Ayan Mukerji is directing the film, which is being produced by Yash Raj Films. This is yet another installment in the YRF Spy Universe. Kiara Advani plays the female lead.
Now, NTR has started dubbing for the film. The makers officially revealed on Wednesday that the actor began dubbing for his own role in the film. War 2 is slated for release on August 14. After RRR, this is NTR’s next big pan-India outing, especially marking his foray into Hindi cinema. The film will also be released in Telugu.
A few days ago, the makers released a teaser offering a glimpse of NTR’s look in the film, which generated a lot of buzz.
On the Telugu front, NTR is simultaneously working with director Prashanth Neel for an upcoming project. The shooting is currently underway. NTR took a brief break from that shoot to complete dubbing work for War 2, and once it’s wrapped up, he will rejoin the sets of the Prashanth Neel film.
Sources reveal that NTR is also planning to aggressively promote War 2 in the Telugu states, given its simultaneous release in Telugu.
