Industries Minister KT Ramarao expressed his anger against BJP State President Sanjay and Union Minister Kishan Reddy. He was addressing a thanksgiving meeting held after the BRS’ victory in the cess elections held in Rajanna Sircilla district attended by consumers and farmers.

He said that during the cess election, Sanjay brought Rs 5 crore from Gujarat to distribute to people. KTR said the BJP is accusing the BRS of distributing money.“They couldn’t win Cess, but wants to win in Sircilla and hoist the saffron flag in Telangana. Cess elections were just a trailer. We’ll take show you the full movie in 2023 itself,” KTR said.

He said that no matter how much money comes from Gujarat, the BRS will win. “If you have the guts, you should do good things and win people’s hearts.

Rajanna Sircilla district is an example for the country in development. In order to supply electricity a special electricity plan would be prepared in the cess area of Siricilla district. We will give all the funds needed,” KTR said.

Ahead of PM Modi’s visit on January 18, KTR asked the PM to speak about gifting loan waivers to his friends Adani and Ambani but halting waivers of farm loans. He said the BRS will defeat Sanjay in Karimnagar in the Lok Sabha elections and that Kishan Reddy can only distribute kurkure and do nothing else.

“Who considers Prime Minister Modi as God? Is he Gujarat’s God or BJP leader Sanjay’s? Is he the God who raised the prices of petrol and gas, introduced black farm laws and killed farmers?” KTR said. He said that as Modi increased the prices of diesel and petrol, they had to increase TSRTC fares.

Comparing the Karnataka–Maharastra border issue to the fight between the Kauravas and Pandavas in Mahabharata, KTR said the BJP can’t solve a small tussle between the two states but claims to have stopped the Russia–Ukraine war.
