Praja Palana Gram Sabhas are a success, says CS

Chief Secretary Shanti Kumari has directed the District Collectors to complete the data entry of the Abhaya Hastham applications received as part of public administration by January 17. A teleconference was held with the district collectors on public administration and data entry of applications.
The CS congratulated the district collectors for successfully conducting the gram sabhas held in all the gram panchayats and municipal wards of the State without any problems. It was ordered that the data entry process of the applications received immediately after the end of public administration on January 6 should be completed in the mandal centres. She said that this data entry should be done under the direct supervision of mandal revenue officers and mandal development officers and the district-level officer who is the supervisory officer of the public administration programme should be supervised.
In order to carry out this data entry, it has been mentioned that the training of the State Level Trainee of Trainers (TOT) will be done on the January 4 and these TOTs will be trained on how to do the data entry at the district level on the January 5.
It has been clarified that the data entry of Abhaya Hastham applications should be completed from January 5th to 17, and for the purpose of this data entry, Aadhaar number and white ration card should be taken as standard in the registration of applicants’ details. For this, CS suggested to use the services of DTP operators in various government offices in the district and hire private operators if necessary.
