Rajiv Swagruha flats: Draw of lots for allotment on Nov 15

The Government of Telangana has issued notification in September 2022 for sale of leftover Rajiv Swagruha flats at Bandlaguda and Pocharam to interested citizens at a fixed rate. Taking it further the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has said that the process of drawal for the ones who were registered by paying Rs 1,000 application fee will be conducted on November 15.

Accordingly, other arrangements are being done to conduct a draw of lots for allotment of flats on November 15, from 9 am to 1pm at Bandlaguda and afternoon at Pocharam from 2 pm to 4 pm.

The drawal of lots will be under the supervision of Collector, Medchal-Malkajgiri district. The entire proceedings of drawal of lots will be streamed live through Facebook and YouTube.

The process allotment will be taken up category-wise, it will start with Bandlaguda 3 BHKD category first, followed by 3 BHK, 2 BHK, 1 BHK and 1 BHK senior citizen. In the afternoon session, Pocharam 3 BHKD category first followed by 3 BHK, 2 BHK and 1 BHK.

Allotment will be done by picking up flat numbers and applicants registered ID separately. The details of flats and the list of candidates will be placed in the websites of the HMDA (www.hmda.gov.in) and Rajiv Swagruha (www.swagruha.telangana.gov.in).
