YSRCP Uttarandhra regional coordinator YV Subba Reddy paid tributes to former minister Gudivada Gurunath Rao on his 22nd death anniversary, stating that Minister Amarnath has the power to carry on his father’s ambitions.
Subba Reddy, along with Mayor Hari Venkata Kumari, YSR Congress Visakhapatnam District President Kola Gurulu, Vice President Pila Umarani, and other party leaders, paid floral tributes to Rao’s statue at the local RTC complex.
Subbareddy recalled Rao’s contributions as an MLA, Minister, and MP, saying that his services to the Uttarandhra region were immeasurable. He also praised Rao’s commitment to uplifting the poor and marginalized communities.
“Minister Amarnath will continue Guru Nath Rao’s ambitions with Jagan Mohan Reddy’s blessings,” Subbareddy asserted. He expressed his gratitude to the Gudivada family and assured them of the party’s continued support.
Meanwhile, Minister Amarnath garlanded Rao’s statue at the High School in Mindi village and paid homage. He remembered Rao’s services to the people of the united Visakha district.
