Tabs distributed to students

Vijayawada Rural ZPTC Member K Suvarna Raju distributed tabs with Byju’s content to Class VIII students at the Aligineni Peda Muttiah Zilla Parishad High School in Kotturu Tadepalli of Vijayawada Rural mandal on Thursday. The State government had sanctioned 71 Byju’s tabs for the APM ZPH School.

At a function held on the school premises, Suvarna Raju said that the State government was giving utmost priority to education and with the steps taken by the government for educational reforms, Andhra Pradesh stood in the fourth place in the country in the sector. He said the State government was implementing English medium education and CBSE syllabus in government schools and providing additional classrooms under the Manabadi Nadu–Nedu scheme. Also, the Amma Vodi scheme is being implemented in all management schools. Such a scheme of teaching with Byju’s has not been implemented in any other State in the country, he added. Kotturu Tadepalli Sarpanch Vuyyuru Gopala Rao, MPTC member A Basavamma, Ch Venkata Kanaka Durga, Headmaster Kamalakara Rao and others were present.
