TPCC president Revanth Reddy said that Telangana will be liberated on November 30 and that the state will be free of the BRS scourge on that day. He spoke to the media in New Delhi after the EC announced the election schedule in five states along with Telangana. Revanth said that the six guarantees of the Congress will brighten up people’s lives. “Good days are coming for Telangana. The Central Election Commission has announced the date of TS liberation. On November 30, there is going to be an end to the plague that has infected Telangana.
The people of Telangana should celebrate the next Vijayadashami with enthusiasm. With the six guarantees of the Congress, light is going to come into the lives of the people of Telangana,” Revanth said.
He said that the fear of losing power has started in both Billa and Ranga (KCR & Harish Rao) and that is why they have started criticizing Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. He challenged KTR and Harish to a debate on any of the welfare schemes implemented during the Congress government from 2004 to 2014 at the Martyrs Memorial and that they should also be ready to discuss the welfare schemes of the BRS government from 2014 to 2023.
Revanth said that the KCR family has looted lakhs of crores and had grabbed 10,000 acres in Telangana. He added that funds were embezzled during the construction of the Martyrs Memorial and the Secretariat too.
He accused KCR of trying to win the election with money earned through corruption.
“When the Congress announced six guarantees, KCR developed fever. It’s time for KCR to rest. He doesn’t need to come out of his farmhouse. The people of Telangana have already decided who should win the next election,” he said.
Revanth said that a miracle is going to happen in December and a Congress government will take over. He said that the hopes of the Telangana people were not fulfilled during the 10 years of KCR’s rule.
He said that KCR’s family has become rich in these 10 years but the people gained nothing.
As soon as the Congress comes to power, women will be given Rs 2,500 per month as pension and an LPG cylinder will be supplied for Rs 500. He said that every poor individual who builds a house will be given Rs 5 lakh as assistance.
Revanth said that the Congress will supply free electricity up to 200 units to every household. Free bus travel facility will be given to women, free medical care up to Rs 10 lakh will be provided through Rajiv Arogyashri, Rs 15,000 will be provided to every farmer and tenant farmer every year, he added.
He said that the policy of the Congress is to increase wealth and distribute it to the poor.
He said that he does not understand why Akbaruddin and Asaduddin are getting upset when he criticises the BJP and the BRS. They should decide on whose side they are.
He accused the BJP and the BRS of conspiring to prevent the Congress from coming to power in Telangana.
He said the BJP is trying to split the anti-incumbency vote and reminded that in 2018 too the BJP made similar conspiracies and lost deposits in 105 seats. He said that the people have understood the fevicol bond that existed between the BJP and the BRS and it is the responsibility of every son and daughter of Telangana to defeat the conspiracies of these two parties.
