Telangana Overseas Manpower Company Limited (TOMCOM) is set to organise an enrolment drive on April 29 at the TOMCOM Office, Government ITI College, Mallepally campus, Vijay Nagar Colony, Hyderabad, to select qualified and skilled candidates for various overseas job vacancies.
TOMCOM is a registered recruitment agency with the Government of Telangana, mandated to facilitate overseas placements for skilled and semi-skilled workers.
TOMCOM has entered into partnerships with several government and private agencies in developed countries, including Australia, Canada, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Poland, Romania, UK, and Gulf countries. The demand for skilled workers in these countries is high, with attractive salary packages on offer for positions like pipefitters, ITV drivers, welders and scaffolders.
The enrolment drive will recruit candidates for several vacancies in the UAE, including blaster painter, cleaner, general helper, foreman for blasting and painting, foreman plater, FCAW welder, GTAW welder, ITV driver, machinist for CNC, pipe fitter, plater fabricator and scaffolders. TOMCOM is also recruiting for the position of technical superintendent in Malaysia.
TOMCOM revealed, to be eligible for these positions, candidates must have relevant experience and a passport with a minimum validity of two years.
