TPCC DAC serves notice to Judson for ‘anti-party activities’

TPCC Disciplinary Action Committee (DAC) chairman G Chinna Reddy served show-cause notice to former TPCC general secretary Bakka Judson alleging that the latter indulged in anti-party activities. The Disciplinary Action Committee sought Judson’s explanation within three days or else the party would initiate action as per the rules of the party.
In the show-cause notice, the Disciplinary Action Committee mentioned that “The Disciplinary Action Committee of TPCC has received numerous complaints from various sources of the party regarding your anti-party activities where you are openly criticising the Congress party policies, programmes and also against the PCC president and Chief Minister of Telangana, in your interviews to the various YouTube channels. These are the activities adopted by you will definitely attract the disciplinary rules of the Congress party constitution.
Hence, you are hereby directed to submit your explanation within three days of this show cause notice failing which it will be construed that you have no explanation to offer and disciplinary action would be initiated against you as per the rules and procedures of Congress party constitution.
You have to submit your explanation within three days from the date of this show cause notice”.
