Minister for Health, Medical and Family Welfare Vidadala Rajani has said that revolutionary changes are taking place in the health sector of Andhra Pradesh. She participated in the Universal Health Coverage Day celebrations organised by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in Varanasi of Uttar Pradesh which commenced on Saturday.
On the occasion, the Union government announced awards in three categories and the State government bagged two out of them. Minister Rajani and Principal Secretary MT Krishna Babu received the award in the Tele consultation category on the first day of the celebrations.
The AP government is going to receive another award in the Village Health Clinic category. Later the Minister participated in the minister’s discussion on Health Infrastructure Mission -15. During the discussion minister, Rajani informed them of the developments taken up in Health Sector at AP
