Vangaveeti Radha-Raavi meeting raises political heat

Must read

Former MLA Vangaveeti Radha Krishna met Raavi Venkateswara Rao in a private function hall when he attended a marriage function in Gudivada.

Vantaveeti Radhakrishna was elected to Assembly on the Congress ticket from Vijayawada (East) constituency previously and Raavi Vekateswara Rao was elected to the Assembly from Gudivada constituency on TDP ticket earlier. Now both Vangaveeti and Raavi are in the TDP.

Vangaveeti and Raavi huddled at the function and had friendly conversation for about an hour. Whenever Vangaveeti goes to Gudivada it becomes a hot topic in political circles.

A couple of months ago, Vangaveeti went to Gudivada to attend a function and he happened to meet former minister and YSRCP MLA Kodali Venkateswara Rao Nani which became a hot topic and went viral on social media. Kodali waiting for Vangaveeti at the function hall made an interesting news on social media.

A senior leader said that there are 25,000 Kapu voters in Gudivada constituency. Vangaveeti Radha Krishna is the son of slain MLA Vangaveeti Mohan Ranga Rao who was a Kapu leader.

The political leaders in Gudivada want Vangaveeti Radha Krishna’s support to get the Kapu community votes and that is why they want to maintain closeness with Radha Krishna. YSRCP leader and MLA Kodali Nani and Radha Krishna have been friends for a long time. However speculation is rife about the growing distance between them in recent days.

Raavi Venkateswara Rao is making efforts to contest from Gudivada to the Assembly in the next elections. Interestingly, the Vangaveeri and Raavi’s huddle has infused enthusiasm among the TDP cadres.
