Vasantha to join TDP soon

Mylavaram MLA, Vasantha Krishna Prasad, has revealed his plans to join the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) within the next few days, expressing his readiness to cooperate with former minister Devineni Uma Maneswara Rao. Speaking at his residence in Ithavaram, Nandigama Mandal, Prasad emphasized the potential for state development under the leadership of former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu.
Following the appointment of a coordinator for the Mylavaram assembly constituency by the YSRCP, Prasad initiated discussions with TDP leadership, indicating his desire to switch parties. Despite the presence of TDP’s in-charge, Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao, Prasad is actively pursuing the TDP ticket for the upcoming elections.
