YSRCP’s crucial meet before elections today

Must read

Ahead of the simultaneous Legislative Assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh, the ruling YSRCP is set to convene its final and pivotal meeting with the party cadre on Tuesday, February 27. The significant gathering will take place at the CK Convention in Mangalagiri.
Attended by party workers from the mandal to booth levels, sitting MLAs, and both former and newly appointed in-charges for all 175 assembly constituencies, this meeting marks the last opportunity for strategic discussions before the elections. Approximately 2,700 members have been invited to participate in the preparatory session.
YSRCP general secretary Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy informed the media that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will preside over the crucial assembly of party leaders and cadre tomorrow.
He emphasized that the Chief Minister would guide the cadre and supporters on effective outreach strategies to secure victory in the forthcoming Assembly and Lok Sabha elections.
Sajjala highlighted the YSRCP government’s consistent engagement with the public through its ambitious ‘Gadapa Gadapaku Mana Prabhutvam’ program. He stated that the orientation program scheduled for tomorrow would focus on empowering booth-level committees, thus completing the party’s election preparedness.
“During the finalisation of election ticket aspirants, YSRCP faced severe criticism. However, we maintained that any challenges would be faced by the opposition parties. The recent allocation of only 24 assembly seats to Pawan Kalyan’s party by TDP is illustrative of this. Notably, aspirants from opposition ranks are in communication with our party, expressing interest in joining our fold,” remarked Sajjala.
YSRCP MLC Lella Appi Reddy later affirmed that the party’s ‘Siddham’ programmes held across three regions were resounding successes. He expressed confidence that the YSRCP would secure all 175 assembly seats in the upcoming elections, asserting the unstoppable momentum of the party.
