Warangal Police on Monday filed a petition in the local court, seeking cancellation of bail to BJP State unit president Bandi Sanjay Kumar, who was arrested in the 10th Class question paper leak. The court earlier granted conditional bail to him.
Special public prosecutor M Satyanarayana Goud filed a petition in the fourth magistrate court. The petition sought the cancellation of bail for Sanjay Kumar.
The public prosecutor submitted to the court that Sanjay Kumar was not cooperating with the police in the investigation into the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) question paper leak case.

BJP leader’s advocate C Vidyasagar Reddy said that he did not get any notice so far.
