Chief Minister Revanth Reddy was angry over Government Whips and Congress MLAs not responding appropriately to the protests by BRS MLAs during the Governor’s speech.
“What are you doing when BRS Members are protesting during the Governor’s speech?” the CM asked. “We introduced the liquor policy, but BRS leaders earned a lot without any policy,” he said.
Government Whips and some MLAs met the CM at the latter’s chamber in the Assembly after the adjournment of the House for Thursday.
It is learnt that the Chief Minister asked the Government Whips to change their attitude at least now. Make the assigned members aware of all matters, the CM suggested saying, “Don’t think that everyone should talk about all matters. Each one should choose one subject. Strengthen floor coordination,” he said.
