Telangana BJP President Bandi Sanjay Kumar asked Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao why he is not opening his mouth about the role of his daughter BRS MLC Kavitha in the Delhi liquor scam.
Sanjay said the CBI had mentioned Kavitha’s name four times in connection with the bail petition dismissed by the CBI special court regarding the liquor scam.
He also asked KCR to explain how Kavitha invested thousands of crores in the illicit liquor and playing card business. “God is seeing everything. What has to happen will happen in Kavitha’s case,” Sanjay said.
Speaking to the media after conducting special poojas at the Vemulawada temple on Saturday, Sanjay said that KCR has been neglecting the Vemulwada Temple even after assuring that he will spend Rs 400 crore to renovate it.
“KCR deceived Lord Shiva. I am praying to Lord Shiva to end KCR’s foolish rule,” he said.
Earlier, Sanjay unveiled the statue of Chatrapathi Shivaji in Venkatapur village in Yellareddypet mandal in Sircilla constituency. Later, Sanjay said that he will not sleep till he ends the Razakaar rule in Telangana and established Ramrajyam.
He also gave a call to people to install the statues of Shivaji in all villages. Sanjay said Shivaji defeated the Moghuls for urinating on Shiva Lingam and added that working for Hindu Dharma is his priority.
“I will not use dharma for politicking. I am in politics to ensure dharma,” Sanjay said, making it clear that Hinduism is not against any religion. But it has become a fashion for some to insult Hindu Dharma, Sanjay said, alleging that some had not responded even after insulting the Hindu faith and after insulting Ayyappa and Saraswathi Ammavarlu.
Later, Sanjay unveiled a statue of Chatrapathi Shivaji in Bommena village in Kathalapur mandal in Jagtial district.
Addressing the gathering, Sanjay asked why some people are branding him a communalist for speaking about Hinduism.
“I will certainly speak about Hinduism. I will wear a Hindu board on my neck if the need arises. Be careful who insults Hindu Dharma. The real Hindu is he who responds when Hindu Dharma faces trouble,” he said.
