YSRCP IT Wing celebrates developmental milestones

The YSRCP IT Wing carried out a massive rally under the title ‘Jagananna Pragathi Patham’ that echoed the achievements and developmental milestones of the YSRCP government over the past four-and-a-half years. The rally began at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation Stadium and concluded at the YSR Statue, spanning a total distance of 3.5 km.
In addition to IT professionals from Andhra Pradesh, several others from Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, and various other metropolitan cities participated in the rally.
Thundering through the streets of Vijayawada, the 3.5 km rally roared in celebration of monumental developmental leaps accomplished by CM Jagan.
With the YSRCP party flag soaring high, the IT professionals echoed ‘Jai Jai Jai Jagan,’ marching down the lanes of MG road.
Addressing the media persons, YSRCP IT Wing State President Suneel Kumar Reddy said, “The rally aims to showcase the accomplishments of the ruling YSRCP government to the public and to dispel misinformation propagated by the veiled TDP media.
Members of the IT Wing will present a comprehensive overview of developments that our state witnessed under CM Jagan’s governance, including the construction of ports and fishing harbors, industrial growth, and MoUs valued at Rs 13.5 lakh crore signed during the GIS meet. The presentation will take place at the public meeting at the YSR statue, emphasizing the government’s commitment beyond welfare schemes.”
Zonal Incharge of YSRCP IT Wing Manjunath Yadav highlighted the remarkable advancements in Andhra Pradesh’s industrial landscape over the past 4.5 years. He revealed that the state had clinched the pinnacle of Ease of Doing Business for two consecutive years i.e., 2019-2020 and 2020-2021. He also underscored, “During Chandrababu Naidu’s tenure (2014-2019), a mere 37,956 new MSMEs emerged across the state. In sharp contrast, the last four years under Jagan Anna’s leadership have seen a staggering six-fold surge, soaring to a remarkable 2.5 lakh new MSMEs.These ventures are currently contributing to the employment of 16.57 lakh individuals.”
IT Wing State Co-ordinator Kumara Swamy Reddy said, “CM Jagan’s government places a key focus on delivering quality education. A significant investment of Rs 11,700 Crores over the past four years has transformed 38,059 schools. Setting itself apart from other Indian states, CM Jagan’s administration is at the forefront of transforming traditional classrooms into digital learning spaces. Notably, 60,000 Interactive Flat Panels and 10,000 Smart TVs have been deployed, alongside the distribution of 5.8 Lakh BYJUs tablets to students in our government schools.”
IT Wing State Secretary Surendra Bhavanam highlighted the remarkable economic strides achieved under Chief Minister Jagan’s leadership in Andhra Pradesh. He said, “AP has seen a substantial improvement in per capita income, where in 2019, Andhra Pradesh held the 17th position, and today it stands among the top 10 states, securing the 9th spot.”
The rally saw the participation of notable members, including the State General Secretary of YSRCP IT Wing Bhaskar Koppala, State Coordinators Rosi Reddy, Prathap Mukundapuram, and Sudheer, along with the Bangalore Incharge of YSRCP IT Wing Sindhura and various other prominent figures.
