The YSRCP is set to host a crucial meeting on October 9 in which more than 8,000 mandal-level leaders will take part. Significantly, YSRCP president and Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will address the meeting.

Addressing a press conference in Vijayawada on Friday, YSRCP State general secretary, Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, announced the upcoming mega gathering.

Reddy explained that the invitees will include mandal presidents, ZPTCs, MPTCs, market yard chairmen, and other influential leaders at the mandal level. He clarified that this event is not open to the public but is exclusively for invited leaders. Reddy expressed optimism about the party’s performance, citing its strong track record over the past four years.
Addressing the recent protest programmes by the TDP regarding the arrest of Naidu, Sajjala criticsed the TDP for organising the “Motha Mogiddam” programme and now calling for ‘Kranthi tho Kanthi’. He alleged that these programmes are designed to divert attention from corruption cases, describing them as misleading tactics.

Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy further stated, “The CID officials have evidence of Naidu’s involvement in corruption. Naidu’s signature is on 13 documents, and he must be held accountable, as indicated in the official records. To the best of my knowledge, these transactions involved cash deposits, not electoral bonds.”
