YSRCP leader and former minister Kakani Govardhan Reddy was on Tuesday remanded to 14 days’ judicial custody by a local court in connection with a case involving morphed photographs posted on social media targeting former Minister and TDP leader Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy.
The Mangalagiri police had registered a case against Kakani for allegedly uploading objectionable content online. Acting on a PT warrant, the police brought him from Nellore Central Prison to Guntur and produced him before the court.
