Andhra Pradesh Governor Justice S Abdul Nazeer issued a notification summoning AP Assembly Budget Session on March 14. The joint Assembly session will start at 10 am on March 14 in the Assembly Hall. The AP government on Friday issued GO. Ms: 4 summoning 15 sessions of AP Legislative Assembly and GO. Ms: 3 summoning 42 sessions of AP Legislative Council to be held on March 14.
The notification stated that in the exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India, S. Abdul Nazeer, Governor of Andhra Pradesh, hereby summoned the Fifteenth Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly and 42 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council to meet at 10.00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, in the Assembly Hall, Velagapudi, Amaravati, Guntur District.
Meanwhile, Chief Secretary to AP Government Dr. KS Jawahar Reddy issued a note regarding the conduct of the AP Cabinet meeting of the Council of Ministers to be held on March 14 at 12.00 noon.
The noted instructed the Special Chief Secretaries/Principal Secretaries/Secretaries to Government, of Departments of Secretariat to send the proposals (60 copies) in the prescribed format as detailed in the Cabinet handbook and duly following the instructions issued from time to time including the instructions issued in circulars to the General Administration (Cabinet-I) Department by 04.00 PM on March 10 so as to brief Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for placing the proposals before the Council of Ministers for consideration.
