BC Gurukula Entrance Exam for classes 6, 7, and 8 are set to be held on May 10 in 295 centres across the state. Secretary of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule BC Gurukula Educational Institutions, Dr Mallaiah Battu, said that preparations are in full swing this year and urged the students to reach the exam centre half an hour early.
According to Dr Mallaiah Battu, there are 5,175 vacancies in classes 6, 7, 8, and a total of 69,147 applications have been received. Among them, 28,587 applications were received for Class 6, 21,278 applications for Class 7 and 19,282 applications were received for Class 8. A total of 1,976 seats are vacant in Class 6, 1,567 seats are vacant in Class 7 and 1,632 seats are vacant in Class 8.
Dr Mallaiah Battu has confirmed that all the arrangements for the examination have been completed and the examination will be conducted from 10 am to 12 pm. Students must make sure to download their hall tickets from the official website.
