Minister for Water Resources, Ambati Rambabu, has expressed concern over the actions of TDP leaders and members of former chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s family, which he believes are causing confusion among the general public. He pointed out that these issues should be addressed within the legal framework, rather than in public discussions. Rambabu also stressed that making allegations against the State government in an impolite manner is not constructive.
During a press briefing at the YSRCP Central Office in Tadepalli, Ambati Rambabu further criticised the TDP leaders and Chandrababu Naidu’s family for their ongoing criticism of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. He warned that their actions might lead to future complications.
Rambabu clarified that Chandrababu Naidu is currently in judicial custody, and the officials in charge of the Rajamahendravaram Central Jail are following court directives. He emphasised that the jail department operates independently and does not fall under the direct control of the state government.
Moreover, Rambabu emphasised that it is important for TDP leaders and Chandrababu Naidu’s family to understand that the jail department’s actions are determined by court orders and not influenced by the Chief Minister or the Home Minister. Rambabu stated that Chandrababu Naidu’s legal situation is a result of due process, and he questioned how the TDP leaders and Naidu’s family could guarantee the public when they themselves are facing uncertainties.
