gesture to panchayats Pawan announces Rs 6 crore donation

Deputy Chief Minister for Minister for Panchayat Raj K Pawan Kalayan has announced Rs 6 crore donation individually to carry out relief operations in the flood hit areas.
The film here turned politician, Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan said that Rs 4 crore would be given to 400 village panchayats, Rs 1 lakh for each panchayat. It may be mentioned here that Pawan Kalyan had already announced Rs 1 crore donations to the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister’s Relief Fund and Rs 1 crore donation to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund of Telangana State.  He said that he would credit Rs 1 lakh to the bank account of 400 village panchayats directly.  
Meanwhile, the Panchayat Raj employees have donated their one day wages. There are 1.64 employees working in various departments and they would donate one day salary works out at Rs 14 crore. The Panchayat Raj engineer division is donating Rs 75 lakh and rural water supply employees announced Rs 10 lakh donation to the CMRF.
