Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has reported a high demand for plots in the Bachupalli area located near the Outer Ring Road (ORR). In the second phase, HMDA sold a total of 133 plots in Bachupalli layout through an online auction.
The pre-bid meeting, which was held on Monday, witnessed a remarkable response from buyers. The meeting was attended by HMDA Secretary Chandraiah, Malkajigiri RDO Malliah, Chief Planning Officer Gangadhar, Superintendent Engineer Hussain, and representatives of Central Public Sector Enterprise MSTC. They explained the priority of the Bachupalli layout and how to participate in the online auction process.
HMDA Secretary Chandraiah expressed satisfaction over the positive response to the Bachupalli layout. He noted that layouts created by HMDA without controversy have been receiving special acceptance from the public.
The representatives of MSTC also gave a power-point presentation on Bachupalli layout, highlighting its features and advantages to potential buyers.
The Bachupalli layout has been in high demand due to its strategic location near the ORR, which provides excellent connectivity to other parts of the city. The area is also rapidly developing and has several commercial and residential projects in progress.
There has reportedly been a surge in demand for plots in the Bachupalli area, with many buyers keen on investing in real estate. The HMDA auction is expected to draw a large number of bidders and generate considerable revenue for the authority.
The Bachupalli layout is considered one of HMDA’s latest projects aimed at meeting the growing demand for residential plots in the city. With the positive response received so far, the HMDA is optimistic about the success of the online auction and the continued demand for Bachupalli plots.
