The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has given a notification for the sale of flats in Bandlaguda (Nagole) and Pocharam (Ghatkesar). They will be allotted in a lottery manner in the names of those who have paid token advance by April 15. Applicants who have paid token advance were requested to be present in person while drawing the lottery.
The lottery process will start as scheduled. Arrangements have been made for live streaming of the lottery process on Facebook and YouTube. The entire process will be recorded by HMDA officials to ensure transparency. Officials revealed that only one flat will be allotted per person. Aadhaar number is taken as the basis for this. The lottery schedule and other complete details have been made available on the HMDA website, said officials.
