KTR: Guv’s speach disappointing

The Governor’s speech was like the press conference of Congress leaders at the Gandhi Bhavan, BRS Working President KT Rama Rao said.
Addressing the media at the Assembly Media Point on Wednesday after the Governor’s speech, KTR said the government made the Governor speak utter lies.
He said they had expected that the government would reveal something new in the Governor’s speech.
“We also expected that the government would infuse confidence among farmers. The farm loan waiver scheme has not been implemented even 30 per cent. However, the government made the Governor speak utter lies. The government demeaned the Governor’s office with this speech,” he said. KTR said that in many areas farms are not getting water due to the CM’s inefficiency. The government has no vision, but is concentrating on collecting 20 per cent commissions, he said.
He said that the Governor did not say a single word about the irrigation crisis and suicides by farmers. There was no mention of the debts contracted by the Congress Government, he said and added that the main job of the government is to send money to its bosses in New Delhi.
