‘Natu Natu’ writer Chandra Bose wants land to build ‘Oscar House’

Congratulating cine lyric writer Chandra Bose, Roads and Buildings and Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy said that Chandra Bose’s lyrics are written in commoners’ language and gives a wonderful feeling to the audience.
Chandra Bose, who met Minister Venkat along with Minister Konda Surekha at Venkat’s residence in Banjara Hills, explained to the Minister about the Oscar Award and the prestigious Cannes Award. It may be recalled that the song ‘Natu Natu’, written by Chandra Bose, won the Oscar for Best Original Song.
Chandra Bose explained to the Minister about the Cannes Award for ‘Oscar Challagariga,’ a film about Chandrabose’s Oscar journey. Chandrabose said that, moreover, the Telangana government respects poets and artists greatly.
Chandra Bose, who made the country famous by winning international awards like the Oscar, told the minister that if he is allotted a place in Hyderabad he will build an ‘Oscar House’ to will inspire poets and artists.
Responding positively to Chandra Bose’s request, Venkat promised to discuss it with the government.
