Ponguleti assures people in flood-hit areas of all help

Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy has assured the people in flood-hit in Khammam rural mandal that the government would come to their rescue and asked them not to be disheartened.
The Minister visited Teerthala, Ramannapeta, Danavaigudem villages of the rural mandal on Wednesday and visited the victims and infused confidence in them.
He made several suggestions to them on the repairs to the roads, ad hoc assistance to the victims and collection of details of the victims.
Every household was affected by the flood. The government would do justice to everyone, he said.
He asked the officials to undertake a survey of damage to hosues and crops. t. He assured the students who lost their certificates and books of support. The people will be  supplied with a fine variety of rice. He directed officials to attend to the repairs of the electric poles and power cables immediately. Khammam Municipal Commissioner Abhishek Agasthya, RDO G Ganesh, R and B SE Hemalata, PR EE Venkat Reddy, Khammam Urban Tahsildar Ch Swamy, Municipal DE Dharani and others were present.
