Actor Rajasekhar is in no mood to slow down in his second innings. He is currently shooting for a father-son drama with actor Sharwanand, set against a bike racing backdrop. At the same time, the veteran actor has bagged another big film — this time playing the villain.
Sources reveal that Rajasekhar will be seen as the antagonist in Rowdy Janardhan, which stars Vijay Deverakonda in the lead. The film is being directed by Ravi Kiran Kola and produced by Dil Raju. The team conducted a look test for Rajasekhar and is reportedly very pleased with how it turned out.
Rajasekhar had previously played a supporting role in Nithiin’s Extra Ordinary Man, which unfortunately failed at the box office. But the actor seems to be moving past that and is now choosing impactful and intense roles — and he’s even being paid a hefty amount for them.
With one project alongside Sharwanand and another with Vijay Deverakonda in the pipeline, Rajasekhar’s career is gaining momentum once again.
