The Andhra Pradesh High Court has sentenced Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) Executive Officer AV Dharma Reddy to one-month imprisonment in a contempt of court case.
The High Court on Tuesday awarded a one-month jail term to the TTD EO for not implementing its order to regularise the services of three contract employees.
The three contract employees approached the High Court as their services were not regularised by the TTD. The High Court also imposed a fine of Rs 2,000 on the TTD EO.
