Vikas BPEd College team emerge champions

The Vikas College of Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) at Nunna won the Krishna University Inter-Collegiate (KRUIC) Men’s Kabaddi championship which concluded at the Dr. Lakireddy Hanimi Reddy Government Degree College at Mylavaram in the NTR district on Monday.

As many as 20 college teams participated in the three-day KRUIC Kabaddi tournament. The Vikas BPEd college team played well and players exhibited their talent in the tournament.

With outstanding performance, the Vikas BPEd college students P Upendra, N Vamsi, Veerababu and R Nagaraju have been selected to the Krishna University Men’s team to take part in the South Zone Inter University Men’s Kabaddi tournament.

In the three-day KRUIC Kabaddi tournament, Vikas BPEd College, SRR & CVR Government Degree College, Government Degree College, Avanigadda, and SGS Degree College, Jaggaiahpet bagged the first four positions.

Mylavaram MLA Vasantha Krishna Prasad attended as a chief guest in the concluding function and presented trophies.
